Joseph Joseph

Innovative Rolling Pin and Chopping Board

Chop, Fold and Roll

If you like your kitchen efficient, with a dash of chic, you’ll love Joseph Joseph.

Twins Antony and Richard Joseph founded this kitchenware company, and their designs have won awards for both style and innovation.

The Rinse&Chop is ingenious. This patented hinged device is a combination strainer and chopping board. You can rinse food while the board is folded up, fold it flat to chop, then fold it again to pour food out the chute without scattering it everywhere. We’re also big fans of Joseph Joseph’s adjustable
rolling pin, which comes with interchangeable discs so you can control the thickness of dough as you roll it out. Etched measurements on the barrel help you roll the right size, every time.

Cheers to Daily Grommet community member Deb Pine, who pointed us to Joseph Joseph. While clean lines and bold colors are all well and good for making your kitchen pretty, these pieces from Joseph Joseph are also precision tools for hobby and gourmet chefs alike. Let’s get cooking.

My name is Michael and I run Joseph Joseph in New York. Originally from

Manchester, England (where men are men and sheep are scared). I've been in

the U.S. for twenty years and have the pleasure of running Joseph Joseph

copious amounts of coffee, is our desire to create and distribute colorful,

well designed, highly functional, space saving products for the kitchen and

Beyond our products, we do our very best to serve everyone that contacts us

with kindness, including wrong numbers. Not something you necessarily find

I love to cook. Thought that today's grommet looked like a very cool and practical utensil that I could use. Thanks for bringing this to the US. Great to buy a product from some guys who are from the location of my favorite football team...Manchester United as well!

Hi Michael, I have a cousin in Manchester, England. They have told me about those scared sheep! Sounds like Joseph Joseph is a fun place! This chopping board and the rolling pin are cool. Pie crusts are always a nightmare for me. I end up buying the frozen kind. I think I will give these to myself!

Laurie - It is a fun place, heavy doses of fun are part of our daily routine but there are times when finger nails have to be pulled out. You will love the rolling pin (one of our best sellers) and rinse and chop is extremely handy. My 11 year old son uses it all the time, loves to cook for his dad (i'm his official food taster)

What a great Grommet! No more picking up the chopped onion that falls onto the stovetop when I transfer from chopping board to pot! I got one for myself and one for a gift, but I think I'll end up keeping them both!

To those people who have a Christmas list with my name on it (you know you you are): I want the cutting board!!! It's brilliant! Adding the functions of folding AND colander to the function of a cutting board is so smart. And since it's bright red, you only need to put a bow on it. Thanks, Grommet.

@michael...from where I started I could only go up! @everyone when I made the video I didn't know the prices of the rolling pin and chopping board. I was surprised to subsequntly learn they were about 50% lower than what I would have expected. These are tremendous values for the very high quality.

In case anyone is wondering about the adjustments for the rolling pin...I would use the biggest ring for something thick like a shortbread cookie, the middle one for a pizza dough, and the smallest one for pie crust.

Purchased cutting board for my husband who loves to cook. When we opened, it looked at me and the cutting board - tried it out and now the cutting board is his new best friend in the kitchen. Great idea!! Thanks.
