Leading the Business Intelligence team, the candidate will work to provide data driven, detailed analysis to the finance, marketing, discovery and operations departments of the company to facilitate better decision-making and create transparency of results using various tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead inventory forecasting across our entire catalog of over 8000 SKUs to maximize inventory turnover, while minimizing out of stocks including holiday planning
  • Generate operational KPIs and automate daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting using data analytics tools such as RJ Metrics
  • Work cross functionally with CFO and executive management to prioritize business and information needs. This includes business modeling, marketing strategy and ROI analyses
  • Think creatively and manage product price tracking initiatives and shape pricing strategy with the merchandising team
  • Assist in budget creation and lead customer churn/LTV analysis
  • Work cross-functionally to locate and define new process improvement opportunities including the teams work flow. The team currently uses Jira as a ticketing tool
  • Manage the Senior Data Analyst and Pricing Analyst
  • This role will report to the CFO and VP of Operations

 

Desired Skills:

  • BS in Business, Mathematics, Economics, or related analytical field
  • Proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, vlookup, index match, etc.)
  • Proficiency with MySQL and PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience analyzing large data sets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with Python preferred, but not required
  • 4-8 years experience in an analytical role
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial spirit, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, strong ability to multitask

You'll work effectively with cross-functional teams to improve operations and processes to better service our customers. And you will be responsible for communicating best practices in customer experience programs and driving for customer service as a strategic competitive advantage. Responsibilities:

  • Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes
  • Own the overall success of the Community Experience team, including planning, training, growth and staffing
  • Manage the team to ensure coverage levels and service levels are met with appropriate responsiveness, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to facilitate clear customer communication and identify improvement and efficiency opportunities based on Customer feedback
  • Explore new and alternative technologies and processes to improve the customer experience
  • Maintain documentation for training knowledge base and customer FAQs
  • Handle customer service escalation issues from the team

 

Desired Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing leadership role with experience in evaluating, improving or designing processes & technology to enhance service
  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, where tickets must be handled in a timely, measurable manner. This includes running an effective hiring process to build out the team in times of growth
  • Experience establishing, measuring and reporting key performance metrics and analyzing these results for continual improvements
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and reliably accomplish tasks
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities; proficient in process documentation
  • Experience administering Zendesk, call center communication software, bug tracking software
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Grommet is looking for a passionate and collaborative Senior UX/UI designer to join our product and design team. We seek someone who has a strong foundation in UX and UI, who can develop product experiences from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will take a user-centered approach to design and possess a deep understanding of visual design, interaction, and usability best practices. You will be the lead UX/UI designer working directly with key stakeholders and customers to design the optimal experience for both our B2B and B2C customers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our customers to drive our UX research.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Product, UX, and Development teams to lead UX/UI design, user research and testing
  • Must have strong communication skills and demonstrate effective design leadership
  • Develop process flows, decision maps, wireframes, flowcharts, design specifications, working prototypes, and other design assets to document the user experience
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities of competing projects to support the strategy of the business
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and Agile environment
  • Comfortable working closely with product and engineering to ideate, design and deliver new product solutions

  • 5+ years as a UX/UI designer

The Grommet is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our Technology team. This role will manage the overall health and continuity of our connected infrastructure environments and strive to ensure maximum uptime and availability, both on our website, as well as our internal network. The Systems Administrator must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and work with a sense of urgency when the need arises. He/she must have a proven track record of handling a wide range of technical support issues from end-user computer setup to complete server rebuilds.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, VOIP phones, security updates and patches
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and necessary documentation
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale
  • Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required
  • Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of system administration experience
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
  • Demonstrated knowledge in routing, switching, security, and connectivity
