The 10-ounce disc connects to your phone or tablet to guide you through five-minute isometric exercises anywhere. Isometric exercises are highly effective and don’t need weights or equipment, because you use resistance of your own muscles while in a static position. Think of a plank— your own body creates the resistance against gravity, with half the body working out against the other half.

The Activ5 app coaches you through seated and standing exercises that you can integrate into your daily routine. With dynamic visuals and easy instructions that let you track progress and results, Activ5 makes exercising feel like a game. And it gives you instant feedback. For example, it shows you how an isometric exercise is the equivalent of lifting, say, 10 lbs. or 20 lbs., depending on how hard you’re pressing the disc.
