AquaFlame

Flameless Candle Fountain

Liquid Light

AquaFlame is the perfect, relaxation-encouraging combination of an LED candle and a mini water fountain. The soft glowing light and the gentle, burbling sound of water helps to set an instantly calming scene in any room of your home.

The magic happens as the light shines through the trickling water. This creates a realistic
flickering effect through the candle (which is even made of real wax).

You can use the light by itself or you can add the fountain to take the ambiance up a notch. AquaFlame plugs into an outlet or works with batteries, which lets you move it around the house. And you can set a timer or turn the candle on and off with a remote, so you don’t even have to get up.

Create a tranquil, spa-like atmosphere that will help you unwind after a long day and encourage a truly peaceful environment.

    @Donna

    Hi Donna, We are constantly updating the designs and colors. That would be a good suggestion for us to pass along to The Grommet. No scented wax is planned at this point. Stay tuned because the line is always evolving. Thanks for reaching out. Carl

    Can the pump be turned down so it doesn't pimp and flicker as fast? It seems it would be more soothing going slower.

    @Janis

    Hi Janis. You can't adjust the pump speed. You can adjust the amount of flicker by the amount of water you add. The less water, the less flicker. Hope that helps.

    Thank You

    Where are these made? If China, they seem expensive.

    @Mary

    Hi Mary, They are made in China. There are a lot of features that drive the production and retail price ie-high quality auto shutoff pump, highest quality paraffin wax to tolerate heat and cold, 4 high quality LEDs, full body liner to prevent any leaking, timer function, and remote capability with a remote included. Thanks for checking in.

    Would this work like cool-mist humidifiers where you can add essential oils as a fragrance?

    @linda

    Hi Linda, there had been some discussion regarding how to infuse scent in to the water. The issue right now is finding something that won't have the possibility of damaging the pump. Stay tuned though because it is an active discussion. Thanks, Carl

    What size and how many batteries does it require?

    And how long will it run off of batteries?

  • Carl
    Carl – Special Guest
    11/7/2016 11:14 AM

    @David H

    Hi David, they require 3 D size batteries. If you just use the lighting function and not the pump you will get 480 hours out of the 3. If you use the lighting function and the pump you will get 120 hours out of the 3. You also have the AC plug in option and we include the AC adapter with each Aquaflame. Thank You

    CAN WATER SPILL OUT OF IT IF TURNED OVER?

  • Carl
    Carl – Special Guest
    11/7/2016 12:00 PM

    @Janet

    Hi Janet, yes if it were turned over water could spill out. It would have to be hit fairly hard to knock it over. It's 4.2" in diameter and very solidly made so it would take a good bump to knock it over. Thank You

    @Carl Thanks Carl - I have just purchased one for my wife. But I forgot to check on the height. I see the diameter is 4 1/2 - so guessing height is about 8 or 9". Would you please advise? Thanks John. [email protected]

    How much does it weigh when filled? And is it top-heavy or is the base weighted to prevent it tipping over?

  • Carl
    Carl – Special Guest
    11/7/2016 12:06 PM

    @Reid

    Hi Reid, with the maximum amount of water, which is 22oz, it weighs close to 4lbs. That weight is without the batteries. It is not top heavy and more weight is distributed to the bottom than the top when you factor in the pump, batteries and other components. I hope that helps. Thank You

    My biggest problem with products such as these is that the noise of the pumps tend to negate the soothing effect of the water. How does this product measure up in that regard?

    @Sandra

    Hello Sandra, these are super quiet brush less pumps so you won't have the same problem as with the other products. The pumps also have an auto shutoff, so when the water runs low they cut off automatically. I hope that helps. Thanks

    If you do add scented wax, PLEASE do not discontinue the unscented option. It is so hard to find unscented items, and I hate the house smelling like a melange of mismatched odors. If you buy unscented, you can always add scent with some other item and not get battling aromas.

    Hi Christopher, you can hear a clip of the water sound in the middle of the video.

  • Carl
    Carl – Special Guest
    11/7/2016 12:39 PM

    @Christopher

    Hi Christopher, the water is pumped up through a tube to the top of a wax plate and the water then falls from the wax plate back down in to the body of the Aquaflame. It truly is a miniature fountain so the sound is audible, but subtle and soothing. You can adjust the sound level by the amount of water you add. The more water you add, the quieter the candle will be, because it doesn't have as far to fall. The less water you add, the louder it will be because it is falling farther. That's one of the great features that you have the ability to adjust the level based on your preference. I hope that helps. Thanks

    Is the pump speed adjustable so the bubbling action can be controlled?

  • Carl
    Carl – Special Guest
    11/7/2016 12:58 PM

    @Mike

    Hi Mike, the speed on the pump is not adjustable. It is pre-set so that a small amount of water is pushed up and out of the tube at the top and the 4 LED's shining from below make that part of the water look almost like a liquid flame. We have people that are constantly asking if it's "real water", because of it's one of a kind look!

    Thanks
