We had a horrible experience last May with bed bugs. Besides exterminating we tried some products that were not supposed to be harmful to pets, people and the environment. This product didn't work if we sprayed directly on a bug instead they continued to crawl. The exterminating did work along with cleaning everything and trashing roughly $1,000 worth of things that I didn't feel comfortable keeping because of the nooks and crannies. I never want these things again but if they do re-occur I want to be prepared.

Has this product been tested spraying directly on the bed bug and if so I am interested in the results?

    Thanks.

    Hi Deb,

I'm sorry to hear you had a bed bug experience. Yes our product has been tested extensively by Snell Scientifics, a leading pesticide research facility. Avenger Bed Bug Killer was proven to kill 98% of bedbugs within 30 minutes and 100% within 24 hours.

Don't forget to spray your luggage when you travel... travel is the number one way these little critters are moving into homes.

    Hi Leslie,

Thank you for your question. I'm sorry to say our product doesn't work well with plants. The orange oil in the ingredients is a natural degreaser and will break down the waxy cuticle found on all plants and leaves, leaving it exposed and will kill it. That is why our Avenger Weed Killer is so fast and effective. We use a stronger citrus oil (d-limonene) in our patented formula.

Our insect killer works great around your home, patio, deck... for eliminating ants, most beetles, etc. I use it my kitchen when those pesky sugar ants come around in the summer and it works and smells awesome.

Thanks again for your great question.

I would also like to make a quick note regarding the bed bug killer. Recently release testing from major institutions have explained why traditional chemicals are no longer working on bed bugs. Apparently, bed bugs are evolving with each generation - and are actually changing their gene make-up to resist chemicals. This is one of the reasons why our bed bug killer is so effective. Our formula is 100% natural and the essential oils eat directly through the exoskeleton killing the bugs dead. We like to say... Nature knows what nature needs! And in this case it couldn't be more true. Please keep those great questions coming. We thank you to those of you who ordered the Avenger Organics products and the environment thanks you too!

Does the insect spray stain the bed or carpet when you spray for bedbugs and does it work on fleas?

@Melanie: The spray created for the bed bugs is non-staining. I will contact Stephanie regarding fleas and let you know. Thanks for stopping by.

@Melanie: Good Morning Melanie, We have not tested our bed bug killer on fleas, but with the same idea of the science, the essential oils in it may work. Thank you for asking your question. Stephanie
