good for travel!

This works very well for me. I have been away most of this summer and the chairs I have to use to work on my computer vary greatly in quality. I got this because i t is easy to pack and it always helps. I've only had it a month, so I can't attest to how long it will last, which is a major concern for me, as it's plastic (I guess) and I hate to add plastic to our landfills. But I've been using it for 30 days straight now and it's structural integrity hasn't diminished at all.More > < Less

Good purchase. I recommend.

I do like this lumbar support, but I don't love it. I like it when I'm sitting on something with a full back like a couch, but I don't like it as much when I'm sitting in my work chair because it won't stay put. Despite the bands that are supposed to hold it in place, when I get out of my chair it always falls to the floor.

I do notice a big improvement in my posture and back pain when I'm using it.

Helpful with slumping

I use this with my work chair, which has a mesh back. I didn't realize that you were supposed to bend it at first. Don't make that mistake. You are supposed to bend it over your knee to get a curve. It takes a bit of experimenting to get the right curve.More > < Less

This item offers substantial support to the back when placed at the Back of a chair and is easy to use and lightweight.

This would be nicer with a little more give as it is extremely rigid. Very difficult to bend, I got it to stop slouching when sitting on the couch and I must be too small/short,as it hits the middle of my back, not the lumbar area. This makes it painful to use for me. Will be returning.More > < Less
