  • Tony Says:

Impressive. My wife might actually use this. It's a shame to so few feel comfortable talking about this sort of topic. My wife has experienced bladder control problems in the past, and doctors provide nothing more than a quick verbal tutorial. Thanks for the podcast, Grommet, and thank you for the product, Dr. Boler!

  • Adair Says:

Thanks for this information. I suggest contacting Lamaze and other childbirth teachers about the availability of Elvie. When I taught Lamaze in Tokyo in the 1970s, we taught about the pelvic floor and Kegel exercises, so I imagine many other childbirth educators have included these topics over the years and those participating would be a natural audience. I have been going to physical therapy trying to retract my muscles in the area of my pelvis, core muscles?, to wake up. I have heart and lung issues and a bad lower back. As a result of these issues and being quite ill for the past four years, my muscles in the pelvic region have gone to sleep. Awakening these muscles is quite a challenge. I think your device would be a tremendous help for me. Thank you for introducing me to the Elvis.

Podcast was great. I have this on my wishlist. After 4 C-sections, I was lazy about doing the Ks since I didn’t “stretch” anything out. I’m never sure if I’m doing them right but the price is holding me back on purchasing right now.

It is great that we can now discuss this and find solutions. Information between mothers and daughters and female friends is better now than it was, but your product should open doors that were not open before.
