The team replied very quickly with the first draft of the design for my approval. Finished product arrived promptly and is perfect. The engraving is deep and well-done. This is a very unique piece of jewelry and I love it.More > < Less

Good company, good product

Necklace was just what I wanted. Chart Metalworks worked with me and went back several times to make sure I was happy with the artwork.

Beautiful and so unique! I purchased this for my mom for Mother's Day. She loves boating and the ocean, so this was perfect. I think it will become even more beautiful when it ages a little.More > < Less

Well made product; think twice about the engraving

12/18/2014 by Jeff

I really appreciated how many times they checked to make sure that the design was correct. Very responsive to small changes. My only criticism would be about the engraving. Totally not worth the $25. It looks like they used one of those engraving tools that are like a vibrating pen with a metal tip. The handwriting was fine but it looks cheap compared to the high quality of the pendant. Otherwise, totally satisfied. My wife loves it.More > < Less

very clever

The service was prompt; the product is very clever, personal, and unique ---hard to find special jewelry in this day. I would suggest some productroduct extensions, such as a silver and gold versions in addition to the pewter version. [Probably lower the pewter price and of course the silver/ gold would be more.]
If it is at all possible to make it 10% - 20% larger, they may want to consider that, too.
