Nontoxic Laundry Pods

Green Laundry

All-natural laundry detergent pods sound too good to be true, but Cleancult has made the eco-friendly dream a reality. Their stain-fighting, brightness-boosting pods are sustainably Made in the USA. Plus they’re cruelty-free, vegan, and free of harsh chemicals and dyes.

With a shared mission to design goods that are effective
and green, Makers Ryan Lupberger and Zachary Bedrosian have made laundry day earth friendly. The nontoxic detergent inside the pods is tough on stains but also hypoallergenic and fragrance-free (an extra gentle choice for sensitive skin).

Cleancult is transparent with all of their ingredients, so you know what’s at work (or, more importantly, what isn’t) making your clothes clean and bright.

Grommet Launch Conversation

  • Ryan

Hello Grommet fans! My name is Ryan Lupberger, Co-Founder and Chief Soap Officer at Cleancult. I am so excited to have our green cleaner featured as today's Grommet. As a student from Boulder, Colorado, I've learned about the harmful effects of chemicals in today's cleaners and I want to change that! We created Cleancult to deliver a nontoxic clean that actually works.

I am interested in knowing how you distribute your product from your manufacturing locations. Also do you sell through resellers.

@Robert We're looking to sell through resellers soon! Right now, we just launched and finalized the product so are mainly online. We distribute from our Arkansas location. We send all of the raw materials and packaging made in the USA, and they assemble everything on site. If you have any more questions, happy to answer them:)

Does your cleaner disinfect? If not, can you suggest if possible natural ingredients to incorporate into the washing? Thank you.

@Cindy Yes, it does! Some great natural ingredients to incorporate into washing is hydrogen peroxide, white vinegar, and pine oil. It also helps to dry your clothes in the sun after washing if you're worried about the disinfecting properties. Thanks for the question!
