So far so good. One week in! I had one polyester tablecloth that could have used a static guard sheet, but otherwise it's nice and refreshing!

Replaced wool balls

by

I've been using this for a couple of months now. Previously I used the wool dryer balls, which I replaced twice because after a while my clothes were staticky. I haven't noticed any static. It's been fine on my gentle cycle clothes. I purchased the fresh linen scent & put a stick in both eggs. The scent is fine, I just prefer less/no scent & to that end will be tryng it without the scent stick or only one stick. I have noticed more lint in the lint trap. I have no idea what that is about. These do make more noise than the wool balls; it's not especially loud, just noisier. Finally, I have sensitive skin & these do not give me any problem.More > < Less

Works as advertised.

by

I ordered the dryer eggs at the same time as I ordered the laundry egg. I wanted to try the whole system as it would seem that would work more effectively. There was no static electricity, and the filter had somewhat more lint than usual. Clothing and machine clean after use.
I have recommended this product to others.
I have a dog and a cat and there was no have when drying was complete.

Possible return of product

While they might be okay for loads such as sheets, clothes don't fair too well. Static was not eliminated and a pair of black sweatpants where I mistakenly left a tissue came out covered with pieces of tissue that were not removed during drying.More > < Less

Love Love Love

by

I have used wool dryer balls for several years so I appreciate the idea of using something other than dryer sheets. I was a little concerned about the texture of the eggs with delicate clothing but nothing has been damage. My clothes smell wonderful, dry faster and it works like a fabric softener - no static and soft fabric.More > < Less

About Ecoegg

Laundry Load

When we first heard about Ecoegg’s all-natural, long-lasting laundry detergent alternative and dryer eggs, they sounded almost too good to be true.

When you do the wash, you don’t need to use pods or liquid detergent. Toss Ecoegg’s washer egg in with your load and the pellets inside do the cleaning and stain fighting. Ceramic pellets weaken the bonds between dirt and fabric, while mineral ones ionize the oxygen in the water, lifting grime without damaging fibers.

Each laundry egg comes with enough refillable pellets for 210 or 720 washes. Whether it’s just you or you’re washing for the whole family, one egg could last for up to three years.

Ecoegg makes hypoallergenic dryer eggs, too. They’re dermatologically tested for sensitive skin. Fragrance sticks infuse your clothes with a fresh scent and the nodules on the egg’s surface soften fabric and reduce drying time by almost a third.

Enjoy a more wallet- and environment-friendly way of doing your laundry.
