Didn't work on the grill as well as I had hoped. For baking, I've gone back to parchment paper. Easier to use and just toss. Maybe I just haven't experimented with this product enough but I'm not thrilled.More > < Less

I bought this product for Christmas gifts last year. It does leave grill marks but it is the devils own to clean. I have tried it without cooking spray (or grilling) and with and either way the mat is left black in spots and I have had to resort to a scrub sponge that won't damage the surface. It does wash in the dishwasher but the water does not get hot enough to clean the mat. I only use it when I am grilling small items.More > < Less


Real Issue With Marinades

Got my Cookina and couldn't wait to try it out on my grill with some marinated chicken I was preparing that evening. At first everything was fine but the marinate slowly reached the edges of the mat and when it dripped on to the fire, the fire came up on to the mat and I had a roaring blaze of marinate. If I were to make a version 2 of this product it would include a small lip around the edge. Just be extremely careful if you're using a marinade on the grill with this product.More > < Less
