If you're not fully satisfied with a Grommet, simply return it within 30 days of the shipping date. Please initiate all returns using our online system (located at the top section on this page) so that we can track your return package. We cannot guarantee your refund unless you use our online return process.
Please note: for health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of certain items (such as food, custom products, hygiene products, cosmetics). Any restrictions will be listed on the "Details" section on the individual Grommet's page.
Sending Your Return
We'll provide a prepaid return label. Please return your Grommet(s) in like-new, resalable condition, and in the original, undamaged product packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was damaged or you received the wrong item.
Once we receive your returned Grommet(s), it takes about 7-10 business days to process the return. We'll credit the original form of payment (credit card or PayPal), unless you are returning a gift. For returned gifts, we will issue a gift card or store credit for the return amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges. But all you need to do is reorder the item you want, and return the unwanted one to us.
