Very helpful

It works for me. Deep breaths in and out along with the light. Tap once for a short time and tap twice for the extended time. Next thing I know my alarm is ringing and it’s the next morning. I think this could be used for meditation as well if I could keep from falling asleep.More > < Less

Distracts from anxious thoughts

I got this for my daughter who suffers chronic insomnia. She said it distracts her from her anxious thoughts long enough so she can go to sleep. I have hoped and prayed for something to help her! Here it is!More > < Less

Really helps

I have occasional insomnia and when I saw the "dodow" featured on the Grommet site, i thought I would give it a try. I was skepticalas skeptical at first, wondering how a blue light on my ceiling would help me fall asleep. But, once I relaxed and followed the simple instructions, I don't even remember falling asleep. I awoke the next morning knowing that I had one if the best nights sleep in a long time.

I tend to wake up around 3:00 am a couple of nights a month, and have not been able to get back to sleep. Now with my "dodow", I just give it a tap, the blue light comes on, and before I know it, I get drowsy and fall back asleep in minutes.

This is one of the best products I have ever purchased from Grommet!!!
