I am impressed with the simplicity of this little machine. I utilize it each morning exercising each foot. After two weeks I am feeling improved strength in my feet and less pain.More > < Less

Works well for me

I've been us my foot gym most evenings for a couple of weeks now and have seen significant reduction in foot discomfort and cramps! It's ridiculously easy to use and as an added plus it takes my mind off inane commercials when I'm watching television.More > < Less

This system has become a long needed workout for my 87 year old mother. Along with the help of her aide she is now using this on a regular basis, which has added to her stamina and balance.
When I first saw this I thought that it looked as though it could work for her, and Im happy to say that it has!!!!
Thanks GROMMET for introducing this to us.

Great tool for all-in-one PT

I've had plantar fasciitis for over a year, and I know the exercises I am supposed to do for it, but it is easy to get lazy and not do them. This tool makes it easy, with all the equipment built in and ready to use. The resistance bands and the roller, which can be filled with hot or cold water, or frozen, is a great addition. I liked the instruction booklet. My only complaint is that the instruction book does not include any information on how to use the two additional longer bands. The instruction book on their website only mentions that basic version. After finding a few photos, I am guessing the exercises for the longer bands, but it would be nice to have one extra few exercises listed for the long bands.More > < Less

About Foot Gym

Foot Trainer

Feet and ankles are often overlooked during workouts, but strength in this area is the key to good balance, can help alleviate plantar fasciitis, and can have even more benefits for your overall health. This is where the Foot Gym steps in.

Whether you’re an everyday runner, recovering from a foot injury, or just want to work on improving strength and stability, the gym packs in resistance training, stretching, and even massage to put feet and ankles through the paces.

And the scaled-down design lets you squeeze in workouts just about anywhere. (There’s a beefed-up Pro version, too, with added resistance bands and other extra features.)

Co-Founder Ryan Kole wanted to heighten his vertical jump, so to train his feet, he curled his toes in a bucket of sand. Ryan knew he could create a better, sand-free way to exercise all the muscles in his feet. So he consulted physical therapists and trainers and started prototyping his one-stop, foot-and-ankle working system.
