A sausage slicer for countertop charcuterie. Handcrafted in France with beech wood and stainless steel, it’s an easy and elegant way to cut sausage, cheese, bread, and veggies in adjustable, appetizer-ready widths. A metal safety guard protects fingers and the long-lasting micro-toothed blade.

  • Materials: Body: 100% beech wood; Serrated blade: Tempered stainless steel
  • Care: Unlock and remove the blade. Clean the slicer with a sponge and soapy water
  • Instructions: Unlock and remove the slicing blade. Hand wash the slicer with mild soap and warm water. Allow to air dry thoroughly, not dishwasher safe. See guide for more information

The So Apéro slicer brings gastronomic flair to any get-together. That’s because accountant (and festive party host) Philippe Lassiaille values good food, good friends, and good times. Combining them with his French heritage, he created an appetizer guillotine that brings delicatessen precision to every snacking session.
Philipe chose the name So Apéro based on the French “apéro” tradition of sharing wine, cheese, and sausage with friends and family before dinner. The slicer is handcrafted in France with beech wood and stainless steel, and it’s the perfect charcuterie board companion. It can easily slice sausage, cheese, bread, fruits, and veggies, and makes for a très magnifique presentation.
