Different than I thought, but awesome!

The coconut whipped soap is what dreams are made of! At first I was wondering how it was going to work, and it definitely lathers better than my old bar soap and it smells like a tropical vacation.

It did take a little getting used to. It has a harder texture than I thought. I have to scoop a little out with my hand then use my loofah and it makes the best gentle lather and a little goes a long way. If I don't use a loofah or washcloth it doesn't work as well. All that being said I love it!

Happy suds

3/11/2019 by Diane

This whipped soap is great. The scents are terrific, very fragrant. It's soft and easy to use. The jar has a wide mouth making it easy to scoop the soap onto a cloth or sponge. It makes a lot of suds so you only need to use a little. "Seaside" is one of my favorite fragrances, cool, clean, and fresh. Plus it looks pretty on the shelf!

I've ordered a few times from The Grommet and have been pleased with the service, ease of ordering and variety of products.

Yummy

This soap smells so delicious I wish I could eat it - but I’ll hold myself back. I do wish it were more whipped. Both tubs I bought are more on the solid side. None-the-less I would buy it again.More > < Less

About Taylor Street Soap Co.

Artisan Soaps

Baker-at-heart Rachel Wiandt of Taylor Street Soap Co. had dreams of mixing up cupcakes and cookies when she moved into a house with a second kitchen. The realities of running a bakery soon dampened that fire, so Rachel switched gears and began mixing up soaps instead—soaps that smell good enough to eat.

They’re all made in Chicago by hand and in small batches. Rachel’s whipped soaps look like frosting and some of them smell like it, too. It’s a fresh approach to soap that feels more like body butter—rich and creamy. Her bar soaps just plain feel special. They are colorful and fragrant and because each one is made by hand, each is a one-of-a-kind. They are packed with good-for-skin food-grade ingredients like olive, coconut, and avocado oil, shea butter, and oatmeal. Either sudsy way you go, Rachel’s handcrafted approach is a fresh take on washing up.
