From Hand to Toe

Constant use and exposure to elements can leave hard working hands and feet in rough shape. With gLOVE Treat, a revolutionary paraffin wax therapy, you can soothe and rejuvenate parched skin in these vital areas right at home. Veteran spa owner Deanna Montrose noticed that paraffin dipped hands and feet were always popular at her salon. The only problem was that the process was messy and unsanitary and the results were short lived. That's why Deanna created gLOVE Treat--a custom mix of wax, cosmetic grade paraffin, calming lavender, and virgin coconut oil well known for its antioxidant power. The hydrating emollient fills the inside lining of one-size-fits-all gloves and booties. Pop in the microwave for quick and easy heating and a built-in sensor signals optimal temperature and readiness. The treatment wraps hands and feet like a warm blanket and melts in like butter, leaving them richly moisturized and smelling lovely. Good for up to 4 uses, the gLOVE keeps skin soft from hand to toe.

    Hello,

I would like to introduce to you my patented product gLOVE Treat, a revolutionary new way to deep treat your hands and feet. gLOVE Treat is an Enhanced Paraffin Hand and Foot treatment, enhanced with Virgin Coconut Oil and Lavender Oil. A Do It Yourself spa product that no longer needs a Paraffin Pot, the mess and fuss that goes along with melting and using paraffin. Just toss a treatment in the microwave for 90-120 seconds and slide your hands and feet into the warm, soothing treatment of gLOVE Treat. We stay warm for 15 minutes, and are a 4 time use product. A great way to deep moisture and soothe sore stiff muscles and joints, I say "Treat Yourself Once A Week"!

    Hi

Thanks for asking this question. gLOVE Treat is amazing for severely dry skin and will work wonders in a short amount of time. You may want to treat daily at the beginning to really help drive in moisture to deprived skin. Open sores and open wounds you would need to ask your eczema doctor on as we do not suggest our product for open wounds. If your sores begin to heal Jill I think you will love the relieve the coconut oil and paraffin give to your dry skin. Good luck and enjoy your treatmetn. You have 4 uses in each set xo Deanna @Jill

Sharon I joke that I created the perfect foot treatment for Shaquille O'neal....as our treatment will fit every foot size...so have no fear!! Have your husband pull some socks over his treatment as this will keep and drive long lasting warmth to his feet. Get a pair for your self too Sharon and hand out on the couch with him and a favorite movie...it will be your favorite date night! xoDeanna @Sharon

Hi Francis, gLOVE Treat also would work in a hot towel cabinet (which works on steam) or you can lay it in a vegetable steam basket and steam for about 1 minute. Your product is ready when it is milky soft, if the product is clear let it cool a bit. You will love the benefits the warmth of paraffin will give you at the same time driving the moisture of Coconut Oil into your skin. Enjoy! xo Deanna @frances

The product sounds great, BUT yet again ANOTHER Grommet product launch from China.

Why can't you guys just promote products made in the good ol" USA. It would be so much nicer and you certainly would attract more buyers.

    Please, please consider this,

@Gail Hey there Gail. Thanks for sharing your point of view. Check out the wonderful group of Makers producing the USA we already launched and feature: http://www.thegrommet.com/made-in-the-usa

I love that supporters of Grommets, like you, come in all shapes and sizes with different priorities and values. We did not set out to build a single purpose company...there are way too many innovations happening all over the world. Here's the conundrum: we find that the people who make anti-China comments here, oddly, are rarely people who actually buy Made in USA products at Grommet. OF course, the most powerful way to support this cause is to act on it.

Having said that, we always give "Made in the USA" idea submissions an extra careful look. I grew up in Detroit. My dad was an autoworker. Enough said?

@Jules -- I love The Grommet, no matter where the products are made. What is it that prevents people from realizing, that even IF the products are made in China (or where ever)--You're still buying FROM AN AMERICAN BUSINESS??! I realize the problems people may have with "mfr'd in China". I get it. But really--the lambasting I've seen some new product inventers take on this site from the products being manufactured elsewhere is really rough.

If you buy from The Grommet, you're supporting USA business and that should be good enough. In this world and time, literally everything in our daily lives is made in part, in some other part of the world! Would you stop using your cell phone? Your television? Your computer that you're yelling "buy USA! make USA" with? Will you stop driving your car? Of course not. That would be far too invasive and asking far too much of you. But the raw truth is that 90% of those very products are made in other countries--MAINLY CHINA and/or ASIA! So why the double standard?

I understand you wanting AMERICAN workers to work. But literally--if you're going to want a low / affordable price, AND amazing products like they offer here at The Grommet--you can't have it both ways. It's impossible. And with O'bama wanting to raise the minimum wage to $10-$11 an hour--there is NO WAY you people will pay the prices for these awesome products to be made here. You see, there are two sides to every coin. Higher AMERICAN wages equals a huge price.

Please decide which value you're willing to make use of, and stop giving these people who have invested their lives, gotten mortgages, borrowed money and time from family and friends, spent time away from their children and spouses--to make and market a product for you to use--grief! Just stop it! It's juvenile, redundant and makes you appear self-centered. Believe it or not, your point of view is NOT the best, the only one, and/or even likeable most days.

    Enough said.
