Goodby jarred garlic!!

Ok, I admit it. I'm a closet jarred garlic user. It's just so darn easy! However, I have heard for YEARS that fresh garlic is the only way to go. What.ev. Who has time to mince garlic or the strength to actually mash it through those mincer things? This looked easy enough, and it is a great price point, so I thought I'd give it a try. So glad I did!! It is very easy to use and, I have to admit, the hype about fresh garlic is not over rated. My only suggestion is to rinse it out ASAP when you finish, otherwise it is a bear to get clean. Super easy if you rinse it quickly. Must have for any serious cooks!!More > < Less

Thank you!

Conquers Garlic

Mincing garlic by hand is a laborious process, especially if you are doing a lot of it. This makes is a breeze. It'll easily do 2-3 cloves at a time. The bottom is flat to remove the skins. A really great product. Got one for my mom too. It works.More > < Less

It works so well and so easily that I have bought them for family and friends.

We subscribe to Hello Fresh and have found this mincer invaluable not only for garlic but for chives, onions, shallots, etc.
