Ask Einstein

Meet The Professor Einstein robot. Like the legend himself, this walking, talking little robot is full of personality. He blends, humor, knowledge, and imagination to guide kids (or grownups) in their learning. Ask him about science, math, history, even the weather. He answers with facts and an Einsteinian edge. In fact, renowned engineer, David Hanson, and veteran toy inventor Andy Rifkin worked hard to honor the real Einstein’s character and unique teaching style. And the experience extends beyond the robot and onto your screen. The Stein-O-Matic app has a library of brain games, videos, flash cards, and quizzes to fuel inquisitive fire.

    Hi,

Does Hanson have an interface that will allow the user to write their own interaction and response actions using Scratch?

Hi there- will there be software updates available for Einstein as it improves, or will you have to purchase an entirely new toy?

Hi Tracy, it is powered by rechargeable batteries that last a few hours. It's recommended you charge the batteries when Einstein is not in use so he is always ready to go.

Can several children play with him at same time? Would this be interesting for grandchildren 5 to 17?

They sure can, Carolyn. I think the interest would depend on the kids, but that does appear to be a good age range. Einstein would be a great help on homework.

It would depend on the shipping method you select, but it should be about a week at most.
