To Go With Jungle Jumparoo
Grommet Launch Conversation
-
Hello everyone! I'm proud to introduce Jungle Jumparoo to The Grommet. I'd be happy to answer any questions you have!
-
Hi, is there an age or height limit or recommendation for each size? I have a 4 and 7 year old and would want it to be something they can enjoy for awhile. Thanks!
-
Hi Laura, there are no age limits on Jungle Jumparoo and it can hold up to 600 pounds so they and their friends can all enjoy it. And the only height limits are the ceiling if you put it indoors and the sky if you put it outside ;)
-
@Mike To be clear, there's no age limit? I have a daughter who just turned 2 but is quite petite. Very active, though, and is learning to jump.
-
Hi Adam, you'll probably want to keep an eye on her, but the mini would be perfect for her because it is recommended for ages 2-5.
-
My son will have to fit this in his car and drive it to Kansas City. Will this fit in his car?
-
Hi Linda, the box of the regular-sized model is 45" x 20" x 5" and weighs 99 lbs. so it should be able to fit in his car no problem. It's like putting a small child in there.
-
Does the base need to be attached to the ground/floor?
-
Hi Ivan, it doesn't need to be attached to the ground, it just needs to be on solid, flat ground.
-
I saw that Brookstone has the mini for $149.00
Trish -
Hi Patricia, and now it is the same price here! Voila!
-
What kind of warranty comes with the product? I have read a few reviews about the tire popping and the screws coming loose. Are the parts under warranty or can you purchase just the tire if needed?
Thank you.
FYI - I have also seen the mini on Amazon for $149.00 -
We just brought down the price of the mini for today only, Megan! Now is the time to jump on it! Sorry, couldn't help myself.
As far as warranty goes, there is a 1 year warranty on everything except the inner tube. You can purchase an additional tube and we will look to see if we can bring that on site as well. For safety's sake, make sure you keep the tube out of direct sunlight for too long and you should limit any potential problems! -
Are there weight limits? How many kids/adults can jump at once?
-
Hi Dennis-Teresa, there is a weight limit of 600 pounds on the regular-sized model and 300 pounds on the mini. They hold about 6 and 5 people, respectively.
-
What is your return policy on this item?
-
Hi Margaret, it is 30 days. You can see the complete policy here!
-
In the comment section it says to keep it out of sunlight but it's marketed as an outside toy. I'm planning on keeping this outside entirely. Is that going to be an issue?
-
Hi Debra, the one thing you want to be careful of is the tube. A lot of direct sunlight can lead to damage. You just want to keep that part in shade as much as possible. The rest will be just fine!
