Difficult to use

by

I really wanted this to work for me, but it’s hard to use—-requires lots of pressure, and the veggies aren’t really uniform. After 15-20 minutes of work I had loosely 1/2 jar of veggies (beets, carrots). I probably won’t use it much.More > < Less

NOt good! Sorry!

by

I am actually returning this. I was so excited to get this item, but when it came I was really surprised at how small the cutting blade was, I couldn't believe it could cut very well. On a Saturday I made the sweet potato & beet spiralized salad shown on the instruction booklet, I had a terrible time grating the sweet potato and the beet that I was only able to use about 1/2 of each. It was so hard to press into that little blade that my upper arms still HURT the next Saturday! This was way too much work for what you could get. (Salad was delicious, by the way) I can't recommend this product.More > < Less

A Disappointment

by

I had high hopes for this Spiralizer, as my husband loves to make foods that require thin pieces of vegetable and cutting them is very time consuming. He was so excited that we tried it right away. If the only thing you want to spiralize is zucchini or yellow squash, this works fine. Unfortunately it does not work with anything harder - not carrots or potatoes or parsnips. Nice idea but not useful.More > < Less
