Exactly what I was looking for

3/24/2019 by W Glenn

It's a perfect fit, and my lower legs finally drain correctly overnight. The unit is a bit heavy, and perhaps could use some sewed-on handles. But it works in bed, sofa, and even reclining chair. A cover is sold separately, and it is advisable if you expect to use it every night; otherwise the satiny surface will show wear.More > < Less

Comfort from 1st leg up!

3/18/2019 by marjorie

I immediately put the Lounge Doctor on my couch and put my legs up, pure comfort! I thought I'd need time to adjust to this but no break in time was needed. It serves a double purpose for me: reduces swelling in my feet/legs and takes pressure off my back. I went by the measurements given to determine which size to order and it's perfect. I did chose the Cooling Gel since I know how heat can build up with foam. I'm extremely pleased with this product.More > < Less

quality item - I am thrilled!

3/17/2019 by VALERIE

While there are other webstores that offer similar to Grommet, I like Grommet best because they offer only the best quality goods. And they price match if you find the same exact item elsewhere for less cost. That's quality AND integrity. As long as Grommet holds high standards, I'm with them 100% all the way!More > < Less

About Lounge Doctor

Proper Support

Dr. Christopher Dickson is the vascular surgeon behind the Lounge Doctor elevating leg rest. Dr. Dickson noticed patients putting their legs up to help improve circulation but in less-than-ideal positions that actually inhibited blood flow.

He determined the best angles (and the ones to avoid) needed to let gravity do the work of maximizing blood flow, from the back through the thighs, calves, and lower legs. This can help reduce swelling and leave you feeling refreshed faster.

Pick a leg rest to suit your height and you can opt for extra-wide and added cooling comfort, too. The leg rest feels great if you’re often on your feet, recovering from a leg injury, or are just looking for a super-comfy way to feel refreshed after a long day.
