Mighty Well

Well & Good

Mighty Well Maker Emily Levy lives with a chronic illness and considers herself a “professional patient”. She created an all-in-one medication and medical devices organization hub for folks like her who need to keep these things on hand but don’t want to draw a lot of attention. Sick of the typical medical-grade offerings, Emily and friends Maria del Mar Gomez and Yousef Al-Humaidhi designed the MedPlanner while still in college. It’s a modern-looking and, most importantly, subtle way to keep healthcare essentials neatly (and discreetly) close by. Removable zip-top pouches and stretchy bands corral medicine, vitamins, and small devices like inhalers, EpiPens, and insulin inside the hardshell case. And an easy-open loop was made with folks with dexterity issues in mind. Along with serving as a portable organization solution, Emily’s design gives people peace of mind that the things they need are always within reach. She and the Mighty Well team nailed their goal of empowering people to live life to the fullest, regardless of health obstacles.

Quick Questions

How large is the organizer? Can the MedPlanner fit an ice pack?

The organizer measures 8” x 7.75” x 2.75”. Any small ice pack of about 8" x 4" at half a pound or less would fit well.

How many sleeves can I fit inside the MedPlanner?

You can fit up to 8-10 sleeves inside the MedPlanner; this depends on what you are storing in them.

Does the MedPlanner come with any of the sleeves or do you have to buy them separately? What can I store in the organizer sleeves?

Every MedPlanner comes with seven sleeves. There are also additional sleeves for the MedPlanner in packs of two sold separately.

The sleeves are very flexible and have multiple use cases. The MedPlanner was designed as a unique and highly functional medical organizer; you can keep your pills, vitamins, medications, syringes, and sharps contained and organized. The MedPlanner has also been a hit as a great traveling case. You can keep your snacks and/or electronics protected and neatly organized. In case you are going out for an afternoon, these sleeves can also be taken out of the MedPlanner for on-the-go carrying.

What materials is the MedPlanner made of? What kind of marker can I use to write on the sleeves?

The MedPlanner is made of stretch twill over EVA shell (nylon/spandex) and nylon webbing on the inside. The organizer sleeves are made of food-grade TPU.

You can use a dry-erase or wet-erase marker for easy and flexible labeling. Alcohol wipes are recommended as the quickest and cleanest way to erase what you've written. Allow the sleeves to dry before writing on them again.

Can I travel with my MedPlanner?

Absolutely! Some people peel off the labels on their pill bottles and attached them to the organizer sleeves—that way each medication is easy to identify.
