Suitables Role Play Bibs

Toddlers, Covered

Not quite a baby, but not yet a big kid—the plight of the toddler. But Suitables dress up bibs are made just for toddlers, with lifelike, photorealistic prints that they’ll want to wear any time.

These full-coverage, long-sleeved bibs do more than keeps things clean at mealtime. The lightweight and breathable material—with
comfy, stretchy cuffs—also works wonderfully as an art smock. Parents will appreciate the easy on-and-off velcro closure and the handy flip-up pocket that catches crumbs or holds crayons. And the bibs are, of course, stain-resistant and machine washable.

Matthew Davis first created Suitables for his own children. When he tested them out on other kids, they didn’t want to take them off—which any parent can tell you is the toddler gold star of approval.

Hello, Everyone! I’m Matthew Davis one of the Co-Founders of Mixed Pears, and inventor of Suitables Role Play Bibs, the Grommet for today. Mealtime is such an important opportunity for interaction with young children, but it can easily become very stressful. My wife and I started Mixed Pears to make family meals go a little smoother and be a bit more fun for everyone. Looking forward to answering any questions you may have!

Hi there. We're so excited to be on The Grommet!

It's a beautiful day here in Burlington, Vermont. Our littlest was out in his Astronaut bib first thing having breakfast on Church Street. I'll be around all day to answer anything you're interested in hearing more about Suitables or Mixed Pears!

@Matthew - Do the bibs come in different sizes?

@Patricia Kids grow fast, don't they? There is one size. We designed these to cover the critical "messy eating" phase - from first foods (6-9 months) until they start having a little more control over their utensils (~3 years). But really the best indicator for size is height. They fit babies and toddlers 29" to 39". If you wish to go smaller some people push the sleeves up, and our now 5 year old was enjoying his, albeit with the sleeves a bit short until he was about 42" tall.

Thank YOU for the kind words, Lynn! I imagine Logan is looking as sharp as the knife you're using to cut his food.
