Warm and cute

My son loves wolves and huskies, and I was so excited to see these. Perfect stocking stuffer and I know he'll be thrilled. They appear to be very well made and should be warm. Not something you'll see everywhere; very unique!More > < Less

Wolf Earmuffs

I bought 3 pairs for 3 of my granddaughters. They are very soft and cute. Might have to get a pair for myself!

Appears well made

I ordered the wolf earmuffs for my daughter for Christmas of '16, so I can't really give these a full review, but they appear to be well made. Even the plastic headband part is encased in a sleeve of knitting. The knitting itself is very nice...good finished edges, no loose threads, and the embroidered details are neatly done, as well. They come with a nice little fabric label attached that is printed with the information about the Nepalese women who are knitting these to support their families. After seeing them I'd definitely buy them again.More > < Less

About Nirvanna Designs

Warm Ears & Heart

Nirvanna earmuffs will warm your ears—and the story of how they’re made will warm your heart. These unique knitted ear warmers are 100% wool on the outside, with a soft, cozy lining. They look as good as they feel, with both traditional and imaginative designs the young—and young at heart—will love.

Founder Nir Gurel, who often traveled to Asia, was inspired by the craftspeople there. Nirvanna's knitted ear warmers are reminiscent of the kind worn by sherpas in Nepal.

Today, they employ hundreds of local artisans, paying them fair wages for their work—much of which is done by women at home. The money Nirvanna’s workers earn goes back into their local economies, completing what Nir calls the circle of Karma.
