The idea behind the Bangle was conceived during a trip to Asia, where the couple decided they’d like a little more sweat and intensity from their yoga classes. As a certified yoga instructor, Natalie was intrigued by the idea of adding extra resistance when practicing poses. Soon after, the duo came up with designs for the Bangle, a wearable weight bracelet that adds a constant but comfortable resistance when strapped to your wrists or ankles, helping to burn fat, build muscle, and get a little more out of your workouts.
