To create their journal, Founders Cathryn Lavery and Allen Brouwer researched many high performing people to discover the secret to their success. Yearlong goals often failed because they were simply overwhelming. Instead, planning smaller tasks, doing them, and reflecting on them led to real change.

Cathryn and Allen left the pages without dates, so you can personalize your own timetable—whether you want to work for 91 days straight or take a vacation in between. There is blank space for doodles and brainstorms, and positive quotes are peppered throughout the pages for encouragement.
