Box Play For Kids

Maker Story

Cardboard Makeover

Kids have terrific imaginations, but sometimes they need a little nudge to get their creative juices flowing. Box Play stickers are the perfect inspiration. They turn ordinary boxes into props. Just peel and stick the images onto common recyclable items, such as cereal boxes, egg cartons and paper towel tubes, and you’re ready to play.

Janette Eusebio Harwell came up with the idea for Box Play for Kids after watching her daughter Chloe play with her two favorite things: stickers and boxes. Janette and her husband Greg are both designers who specialize in package design and advertising, so they put their talents to work creating these transformative stickers. To keep production eco-friendly, the stickers are printed on 100% recycled, uncoated paper stock.

It’s a simple idea, executed beautifully, and a great way to open up new worlds for curious kids -- without plugs or batteries.
