Crossover Symmetry

Crossover Symmetry
Small Business Support

Maker Story

Strengthen Up

Crossover Symmetry is the result of a team effort between former college baseball player Duggan Moran and his physical therapist father, Jim. Duggan asked his dad to help him design a shoulder program to increase his arm strength. Fortunately, the shoulder was Jim’s expertise, and Duggan’s increase in velocity not only led to more pitches, but also to the creation of the duo’s foam-padded resistance loop bands that target the hips and core.

Although Crossover Symmetry has athletic roots, anyone can benefit from working out with a band. Cushiony padding adds comfort so you can focus on your movement, and it helps a band stay in place. Bands come in three resistance levels (ranging from light to heavy) and won’t stretch out with use. Ready to get moving? A complete guide, including exercise programs, videos, and a rehab routine for back and knee pain helps you jumpstart your training.
