CrossRope is a weighted jump rope system complete with interchangeable steel core cables and easy-grip handles of varying weights engineered to deliver total body conditioning. Designed to tone all the muscle groups a normal jump rope does, as well as your biceps, triceps, and shoulders, CrossRope can be adapted depending on your fitness level and can be used anywhere from your home to the gym, and even while traveling. Whatever combination you select, the weight is distributed through both of the handles and cables for comfort and optimal results.
