What makes the Hyper Vest PRO so appealing is how easy it is to wear. It’s not bulky, it doesn’t ride up when you’re training hard, and it doesn’t impede movement. Adjustable side cords let you get a snug, comfortable fit, and you can shift the distribution of weights to tailor the fit even more.
Cosmo Raines first developed the Hyper Vest because he wanted to improve his basketball game, but all the weighted performance vests he tried were too bouncy and uncomfortable. Cosmo teamed with his Hyper Wear co-founder, Dirk Buikema, to refine the design.
Their next challenge? Developing a flexible alternative to traditional hand weights. The idea for the Hyper Wear SandBells came from one of the LA Galaxy’s strength coaches, who wanted a safer way for his daughters to work out with weights. SandBells are sand-filled neoprene disks that you can grab, clutch, toss, curl, balance, slide… you name it.
Not every workout has to be scripted. Hyper Wear makes it easy to explore new fitness techniques, change up your workout routine, and build muscles while you’re going about your day.
