Paul Murphy was designing a new menu for a restaurant where he wanted to introduce some different recipes that weren't usually available locally. One of the items he decided on was a meatball dish, and when he searched online for a meatball maker or storage device, he was astonished to find there wasn't anything available. That was the moment when he decided to design and create a meatball maker.
Paul wanted his system to be simple and easy to use and it had to produce consistently round meatballs quickly. And so the work began. Five prototypes later, he managed to create his meatball stacking and storage system, which stores meatballs neatly and is equally suited for domestic or commercial kitchens.
