Maker Story

Uncover A Win

Maker and game designer Tim Walsh, along with the team at Roo Games, were inspired to create challenging and fun ways to exercise your brain.

Their all-wood game, Kloak, works on memory skills as well as strategic thinking in a way that sparks competition and keeps players engaged until one emerges victorious. Smaller game pieces are hidden within larger ones—and as they’re uncovered, players try to remember their positions as the game moves on. The player who creates a line-up of the same colored pieces (twice!) wins.

Their tactile brain game, You've Been Framed!, is a race to build flat or stacked shapes and construct a pattern without letting the frames fall. It improves visual perception, spatial awareness and manual dexterity, and it's fun for the whole family.
