Kids record greetings, songs, jokes, or whatever pops into their head directly on their Talkie. Then they send it over WiFi to a grown-up’s phone, or to a pal who has his or her own Talkie. Messages can be saved and shared through a companion app, and up to 10 parent-approved contacts can be stored in one huggable toy.
Gauri Nanda and Audry Hill created Bitsy, Gory, and the rest of the sweet Talkie crew as a way to help kids communicate that’s more warm and fuzzy (literally) than holding a phone. And they kept the technology as simple as possible to make it easy for little ones to handle on their own.
