Maker Story

DIY Cold Brew

Willow & Everett Makers Ben and Camille Arneberg are coffee lovers who wanted to kick their take-out coffee habit. They tried lots of at-home brewing solutions, but none fit the bill. So they created a way to easily brew, store, and serve their own cold brew.

Cold Brew on Tap 2.0 means less mess and less work to make more cold brew than usual. (We like the sound of that.) All it takes is ground coffee, water, and at least 12 hours of brewing time.

The glass and stainless steel mesh filter makes about a week’s worth (around eight to twelve cups) of cold brew coffee at once and stores it in the fridge. A rust-free, handled lid seals the brew in and keeps it fresh for up to two weeks, and the adjustable spigot has a mesh filter to eliminate any stray grit from your cup.

Many of us in the office take coffee pretty seriously and we all applaud the way Camille and Ben’s approach streamlines the process.
