Sara Kenton created Yardbird Outside to encourage kids to put the devices down and head outside to play. She remembered all the fun she had growing up playing street-wide games of kickball and hide-and-seek. Now as a mom, she wanted her kids to have the same chances to get outside, play with other kids, and make memories to last a lifetime. So in the spring of 2018, Sara started her company with a simple mission—to build thoughtfully designed and engineered products that encourage kids and families to do just that.
