Instructions: Each brew makes 24 oz of coffee. Six tablespoons of coarse coffee grounds and three cups of cold filtered water are required for brewing. Open the lid of the clear brewer leaving the mesh filter inside. Put two tablespoons of coffee grounds in the filter and slowly pour one cup of water over the grounds in a circular motion, wetting all the grounds. Repeat this process twice with the remaining coffee grounds. Close the lid of the brewer tightly. Close the air hole with the sliding tab in the lid. Steep coffee for 12-24 hours at room temperature. When brewing is complete, open the tab on the lid and push the flow release button to transfer coffee into the attached carafe. Unscrew carafe and add ice cubes to cool
