true to promises

Having a history of back/neck/leg problems and using a tennis ball to relieve pressure points--plus manipulative therapy--I knew what I needed for help. A tennis ball just did not make-it for certain areas of the body, plus it was painful to use until pressure point had started to relieve itself. The Back Nodger did exactly what it said it would do--providing instructions are followed, pressure no wiggling or vibrating. I tried it the same day I received it on all locations of my body that had pressure knots. It did wonders. I took copy of Nodger info from Grommet to my manipulative medicine doctor. He read it, looked at picture, and immediately wrote me a prescription for a medical deduction off my income tax . He thought he would refer it to other patients. If manipulative medicine doctor agrees with my opinion of your product, it must be wonderful. It is!

This is a great invention. I get terrible pain spasms in various parts of my back, shoulders and neck. With this Nodger I can easily locate the spasms by myself and push hard on the handle to accupressure the spasm and then move it around the spasm and massage the area.
Wonderful at getting the knots out

My husband was suffering with a lower back pain flare up so I ordered this. He seems to really like it and when I asked he said it must have worked because he hasn’t thought to use it in a while.

Self Back Massager

This ergonomic self back massager helps you reach knots and tension spots—all by yourself. It mimics shiatsu massage, a technique where therapists use thumbs and knuckles. The thumb-shaped end creates deep, precise pressure to release knots and kinks. Use it over the shoulder for your neck and upper back, and around your torso to reach your lower back.

Asher Nathan

When you have a kink in your back, sometimes you’d give anything just to reach it. The Back Nodger is a contoured self back massager that lets you relieve those impossible-to-reach knots.

After a slipped disc and two back operations, Maker Asher Nathan needed something to relieve his muscle tension. Getting massages constantly wasn’t an option, so he designed the Back Nodger.

The end is shaped like a thumb, letting you mimic the acupressure of shiatsu massage, where therapists use their thumbs and knuckles to release knots.

Position the Back Nodger over your shoulder to reach your neck and upper back, or around your side for lower back areas. Place the end nodule on a pressure point, then press outward on the handle to “nodge” tension away. The ergonomic frame is reinforced with steel, so press as hard as you need.

Lots of things create back pain—desk chairs, exercise, sofa beds, you name it. Whatever the cause, now you’re your own massage therapist.
