None of the treatments he tried were effective, so Eric decided to team up with co-Maker Dustin Bouch and take his recovery into his own hands.

Backmate took shape after years of research and using Eric as a test subject. It gave him the relief nothing else could, and he wants to share that experience with anyone suffering from back pain. That’s why he and Dustin created the massage system to be so easy to use. Just set it up in a doorway and get rolling.
