Sandra Bonazoli and Jim Dowd

Beehive Handmade was started by a couple of jewelers who wanted to make useful, commonplace things that would also bring joy to everyday life. They believed that functional things should also be beautiful, and that traditional crafts could be used in modern ways, and not just remain stuck in the history books. Sandra Bonazoli and Jim Dowd handcraft beautifully useful housewares and meaningful gifts. The studio has its roots in the American Studio Craft movement, making thoughtfully designed metalwork that is inspired by the past, but at home in the present.
