Crossover Symmetry is the result of a team effort between former college baseball player Duggan Moran and his physical therapist father, Jim. Duggan asked his dad to help him design a shoulder program to increase his arm strength. Fortunately, the shoulder was Jim’s expertise, and Duggan’s increase in velocity not only led to more pitches, but also to the creation of the duo’s foam-padded resistance loop bands that target the hips and core.
