High school friends and Drip EZ Makers David Barton and Jeff Cole share a love of cooking on a grill, particularly pellet grills. This led the duo to create drip pans and a system of magnetic add-ons that makes the experience easier and tidier.
An aluminum drip tray fits inside a grill and keeps things like cooking meat juices neatly contained. It also means clean up is as easy as removing a tray and tossing it out. On the outside of a grill, magnetic powder-coated steel shelves and a paper towel holder keep tools, spices, foil and more close at hand. The hopper shelf can add more than twice the working space and stay on the grill when it’s opened. The spice rack corrals seasonings and rubs, and the paper towel holder can work with parchment or butcher paper, too.
