Surprisingly easy and works.

A friend told me about this product and when I saw it in a grommet advertisement, I decided to try it out for myself. It makes clothes smell clean and eliminated the mildew smell from older towels. I ordered refills so I could just start my washing using the egg going forward rather than using store bought pods.
love it

it's o.k. to wash and dry your eggs !!

ordered the ecoeggs from grommet, both one for the wash and two for the dryer, with the intention of returning them as false advertising-- couldn't wait to toss the one in a white wash (doubting thomas was sure they would be grey coming out-- so don't tell, but i put a few sprinkles of stain remover in as well --not needed, i realized next wash)-- the dryer eggs, you ask? the spring blossom scent was heavenly (like the peonies in my spring garden !!!) can't wait to fold the soft, soft laundry, wear the same clothes, wash them, and dry them again, and again, and again...................and the $$ saved: no detergent, no stain remover, no dryer sheets, and less time in the dryer !!! SO, I'M GOING TO LONDON TO HUG THE CHICKENS THAT LAID THESE EGGS !!!
Awesome Product

Laundry Egg Refill

A long-lasting, cost-saving laundry detergent alternative Non-toxic and hypoallergenic
Reload your laundry Ecoegg with these stain-fighting pellets. They’ll take care of another 210 washes.

Simon Weavers

When we first heard about Ecoegg’s all-natural, long-lasting laundry detergent alternative and dryer eggs, they sounded almost too good to be true.

When you do the wash, you don’t need to use pods or liquid detergent. Toss Ecoegg’s washer egg in with your load and the pellets inside do the cleaning and stain fighting. Ceramic pellets weaken the bonds between dirt and fabric, while mineral ones ionize the oxygen in the water, lifting grime without damaging fibers.

Each laundry egg comes with enough refillable pellets for 210 or 720 washes. Whether it’s just you or you’re washing for the whole family, one egg could last for up to three years.

Ecoegg makes hypoallergenic dryer eggs, too. They’re dermatologically tested for sensitive skin. Fragrance sticks infuse your clothes with a fresh scent and the nodules on the egg’s surface soften fabric and reduce drying time by almost a third.

Enjoy a more wallet- and environment-friendly way of doing your laundry.
