Tight muscles meet their match with the Twin-Ball Massager. It targets sore spots on feet by applying feel-good pressure that can also help improve mobility and flexibility. Mount the massager on the wall to treat back, shoulder, and neck tightness, too.

  • Instructions: Remove plastic, stick the gel pad to the base of the massager, remove the second piece of plastic and stick to your wall of preference. Make sure the adjustable pins on the massager are facing upwards for proper placement
