  • Heat therapy instructions: Place on a clean, dry plate and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds the very first time you use the wrap. If extra heat is desired, increase each subsequent heating time by 30 seconds. Allow the wrap to cool to room temperature between heating cycles
  • Cool therapy instructions: Keep in the freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use
  • Provides instant muscle tension and neck pain relief
