Sometimes flats and heels just don’t look right with socks. But, going sock free can result in cold feet and blisters. That’s why Shelby Mckee created Keysocks—no show knee highs that give you the look you want without sacrificing warmth or comfort.
The idea for Keysocks was born on a fall Sunday in 2009. Shelby had tickets to a football game and wanted to wear flats, but brisk temperatures threatened to cramp her style. Then, in a moment of sheer genius, she grabbed some scissors and cut holes in a pair of her husband’s dress socks. Many prototypes later, she launched Keysocks.
Unlike flimsy peds that slip and get scrunched up under foot, Keysocks stay comfortably in place hidden from view under any full-length pants or jeans. To wear, just pull Keysocks over your calf first, and position over your toes accordingly. Nobody would ever guess your feet were covered from knee to toe.
