Great slow bowl
07/18/2018 by Sandra
Ceramic versions of slow feeder bowls are hard to find so I was pleased with this one, though a bit pricey. I had to exchange for the larger size because of the space the “bone”inside takes up. Seems to help slow my girl down as she tries to inhale her food! Will consider purchasing a second for my other fast eater if I score a coupon!

Keep your furry friend’s water fresh and cool for hours with this clever, ceramic pet bowl. Soak it in water for 60 seconds and the porous surface absorbs it quickly—leaving the outside dry and activating the cooling effect. Inside, built-in 3D designs can help promote slower eating, too (and as some dog owners know, eating too fast can lead to bloat and indigestion). As an added aesthetic detail, the black, matte exterior doubles as a chalkboard you can write on.

These ceramic pet bowls keep your furry friend drinking cool water and eating at a healthy pace.

The ceramic is designed to keep water or food fresh for hours. Soak the bowl in cold water to activate its cooling properties. The porous, ceramic surface absorbs it quickly and the outside becomes dry. Then, when you fill it with food or water, it can stay fresh for hours.

To promote slower eating, built-in 3D designs on the feeding bowls help prevent pets from gulping down their food (which can cause bloat and indigestion).

Happy Pet Project is an award-winning, Finnish design collective that sees opportunity in daily obstacles—creating simple, beautiful solutions to everyday problems. With these pet bowls, the smooth, matte surface isn’t just cooling. It looks nice and even doubles as a chalkboard you can label or decorate.

We humans love Happy Pet Project's ceramic cooling technology and minimalist designs in kitchenware. Now, happily, our pets can take a woof at it.
