Maps International counts more than a half century of cartography expertise. The company began when academics from Oxford University asked the university’s publisher for help in creating an atlas of historic towns. Oxford University Press in turn recommended cartographer Colonel Henry Johns. Maps International grew from there, with maps that are still designed in the UK, but now printed and shipped from Minnesota.
