Handy and clever

This is great camouflage for when you need a little extra help like in dark restaurants or reading fine print on labels in the store. I'll probably change the chain as the snake chains always get my hair tangled in them but good product!

I can always depend upon The Grommet to introduce me to the latest, greatest products available today. This necklace/reading glasses product is brilliant! No more squinting or borrowing companion's glasses!
Convenient and attractive

This eyeglass necklace comes in handy for a glancing at small print. I am working on getting used to how to hold it in place in front of my eyes. It is not like regular eyeglasses that hold onto your head where you can read extensively. But it looks really good as a necklace with the extra benefit of magnification.

Folding Reading Glasses Pendant Necklace

Better vision gets better-looking with a folding reading glasses necklace. What looks like a locket is actually a pair of armless specs. The jewelry-like glass pendant unfolds to become a pair of functional readers (you can pick from various lens strengths) and collapses back when you're done.

Neckglasses

When it came time for Neckglasses founder and interior designer Karen Ganovsky to need reading glasses, she wanted a better way to keep a pair handy. She thought up creating foldable readers with refined finishes that look discrete enough to wear as a low-key accessory.

Karen and partner Dianna Seddon developed these functional readers to be lightweight and easy to access and we think they nailed it—because what is more convenient than having a pair of glasses hanging from your neck? From an armless design that has a jewelry-like finish to pairs with more streamlined and utilitarian looks, Karen’s idea means no more digging around to find your reading glasses or leaving them behind.
