MY FAVORITE GO TO FRY PAN

I love this fry pan. If you like cast iron fry pans but hate how heavy they are then this is the fry pan for you. It is lighter yet works just as well as a cast iron fry pan. I made a complete chicken meal in this fry pan, from stove top to oven to table. Fried the chicken perfectly. It is very important to season the fry pan correctly to make it non-stick. I found the best tutorial on how to do this on YouTube: Type in "MATFER CARBON STEEL PAN SEASONING SOLVED.' It is about solutions for initial seasoning problems, sticky spots, electric stoves and more. USK shows how to properly season a carbon steel pan in the oven. You need to only season the pan once in the oven if done CORRECTLY. He will demonstrate how that works. I followed his instructions strictly and now my pan is like a Teflon fry pan. Again, I love this fry pan, it is my new favorite fry pan to go to now. I highly recommend it.

I love this fry pan. Instructions come on how to season this frying pan. After doing that, I use the egg test method. If the egg does not stick it is seasoned well. It worked. Use medium to medium high not high heat, depending on your stove, to cook the egg.
